1. Login Problems

2. Video streaming problem or cant watch video
- After log in properly click on a channels logo to watch. A media player will be opening and will start buffering. Wait for a while to connect with your desired channel. It will take
maximum 5 seconds.
- After completing 100% of buffering if your media player screen remains black then follow the steps
- May be your windows media player is not up to date. Download windows media player and install it. You can also get it from here windows media player.
- May be your browser is not up to date.

3. Minimum Internet Requirements for YCC Television in Australia
- Customer internet speed must be more than 1 MB dedicated and to get this plan must be of min 12 MBPS or above

- Roughly 4 hours a day in average 300 GB per month.
- Roughly 7 hours a day in average 500 GB per month.
- Roughly 12 hours a day in average 1000 GB per month.

Sometime some channels may not come for different reasons such bad weather, encoding problem etc. Therefore, we request you to keep patience.
